Sawing of marble and other accumulated blocks into slabs of varying thickness is easily done by the dressing machine. In order to have maximum stability & resistance during sawing the machine is constructed with high quality steel columns & cross beams. The machine functions by a combined mechanical and hydraulic movement transforming the mechanical movement into a hydraulic one. This gives optimal tensioning and precise & balanced sawing of the block. The control panel is fitted with electronic instruments that continuously maintain the hydraulic tension of the blade.

The control panel regulates the trolley's movement. In fact the machine is supplied with Fixed Table Trolley & an optional ( as per our clients requirement) Rotating Table Trolley. The machine is fully automatic (needs no attendant / operator during functioning) and all safety factors are incorporated.
